KEEEN Biotech Group Co., Ltd., led by Dr. Watson Ariyaphuttarat, Chairman of the Executive Board, continues to pursue its commitment toward achieving carbon neutrality while strengthening national food safety standards in alignment with Thailand’s Food Security policy.
KEEEN Biotech Group Co., Ltd. has joined forces with the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) to expand the impact of the “Thailand Food Bank” project through Food Surplus Rescue activities, extending its reach across more areas nationwide. This initiative builds upon the efforts of the Scholars of Sustenance Foundation Thailand (SOS).
Under this collaboration, KEEEN will support training and capacity building for Local Food Rescue teams, focusing on Green Hygiene and Food Safety Standards throughout the supply chain—from food collection and transportation to preparation and processing at central kitchens. The company will also provide appropriate KEEEN products to support project activities.
This partnership marks a significant step in strengthening national Food Security and reducing food waste, including surplus food and near-expiry items. At the same time, it enables vulnerable and underserved communities to gain access to safe and nutritious food under suitable green hygiene standards. The initiative also contributes to reducing Thailand’s carbon footprint, supporting the Climate Change Act, and moving toward the national goal of achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2050.
